i was getting ready to leave my friends house today, and turned the key over and it just went "CLICK", and i just said oh shit, we checked the battery, and it was fine, then we jacked up the car and took the front tire off, and looked at the starter, adn turns out it was totally gone. there was a gaping chunk of it that it broke off. well anyway a quick trip to the autoparts store, got a remanufactured starter for 56 dollars, installed it, and all is well, but i was scared to death something was seriously wrong.
