k, so I been looking at all the walkthroughs and such for the AIR Pump fix, I just wanna make sure I have this right.
1. Bare minimum recommended GM Fix: remove the relay, plug the hole in the air filter box, done.
2. Usual fix: remove the relay, plug the hole in the air filter box. Then remove the pipe going from the crossover pipe to the exhaust manifolds on each side, and plug both the exhaust manifold bung AND the pipe itself. Optionally, you can remove the entire pipe by cutting it (?)
3. Full fix: All of the above, plus removing the pump itself from the front cover.
This sound right to anyone that's done it? I think I'm likely gonna do the "Usual fix", I just wanted to make sure.
