Electric waterpump for a 9c1

at the meet an electric waterpump was mentioned.
it is like $160?? or so.
so i am thinking about getting one.
i was wondering has anyone done this before?
if so, how much for the whole install?
and also what are the advantages of the electrical waterpump over the stock waterpump? besides longer life.

There are 2 advantages
1) Frees up a Couple of horses maybe 5-8HP
2) Easy to replace when it breaks

Disadvantage
1) When it stops working your stuck and there is no warning signs before it goes.
