Custom Avatar??

My question is obvious. Are there any special rules for being able to have your own custom avatar like having 100 posts first? Or can I have it now and I'm just not seeing the link to do it?

I'll try to make an avatar out of the images that you posted, but I'm don't think the angle/lighting is too good. We'll see.
