I have a FULL BLACK METAL POLICE Black Bumper Protector that protects the front bumper and headlights. Came off my 91 9c1. This does require holes to be drilled on the front of your bumper cover(unless there there already) lol.

Just how heavy is it? We ship heavy motors and stuff at work all of the time.

I'd say that you just have to go to your local FexEx/UPS/USPS/Airborne Express, and ask them how they want it.

Its still available, unit was completly sanded, primered and painted black.
It is in great shape, Im sure most 9c1s have the holes already mounted in the bumper support frame like mine did.
If not, they can be done at mineke for $20 or less.
