I'd just like to see people post their favorite games, and maybe attach a screen shot of each one, for me and others to see, and compare.
One of the best racing games is Need for Speed 4.
I would certaintly suggest Motor City Online. Not only you can race on drag strips, race circuits and city streets. You can buy, sell and modify over 60 cars with 2000 authentic parts. You can start automotive racing clubs anf fight for the race tracks in Turf Wars.
Grand Turismo 3 is a very nice game with decent graphics though it features 300 hondas and not a single Muscle Car.
Project Gotham is XBox's flagship of racing game, while it will feature only 28 cars, all of them have a realistic damage model and are a real eye candy.
Nice :). I like Gran Turismo graphics. Not too bad. And project gotham is nice. Check out the New York plate on one of those screenshots :).

Need For Speed 3 and 4 are one of my favs.
and Motor city online is pretty kewl too.
but my favorite thing to race is my 1996 chevy caprice SS :D
that's pretty amazing graphix in project gotham. detailed down to the spinning rim and the license plate.
I actually don't like the last pic. First of all why is the first wheel spinning, and the rear one isn't? It can't be a burn out either, because I don't think that that car is front wheel drive... Also there should be a driver inside if the wheels are spinning! :)
Dude, the car IS spinning wheels and there is a drive, you're just looking at the wrong side.;)
Ok, maybe there is a driver (I just noticed that the steering wheel is on the left), but I still can't make him out.
I don't get about the wheel spin. The rear's aren't spinning, right? Front ones are. I'm talking about the last pic. So is that car front wheel drive?? I really doubt it...
Also for some reason I like Gran Turismo shots much more. The look like a movie. At least much more so then Project Gotham. Don't you think so?

The driver is wearing a helmet and the car has a fron wheel drive.
Also, Grand Turismo does look good but I don't know wether thats an actual gameplay shot or a movie. The actual problem with GT is that it offers you a wide variety(aprox. 300) of underpowered, riced out cars. I'm sorry but I wouldn't want to play a game where I'm offerend 300 Honda's and not a single racing vehicle.
I also don't know about XBox, I really want to get it but the fact that Microsoft sold out its 800 000 launch shipments will make it a bit of a problem to get an Xbox. Unless you want to go to Hicksville with me tommorow morning, I won't be able to get it.

They got vipers, camaros, corvettes, etc, etc.

RalliSport Challenge is currently in developement for X-Box. Check out the head light....
I took a look at your picture fot Grand Turismo, and I've got only one thing to say: All thos cars are riced up and underpowered. If you think about it you'll see my logic.
Actually I don't see any logic. Riced up? Because of the stickers? Are nascar cars riced up too then? F1 too?
Underpowered? Viper is not fast enough? Corvette Z06? Or the Benz on the included picture?
Well, just look at the picture. You got a riced up Toyota with an ugly spoiler, you've got Mercedes that is BEHIND Toyota and then you got two LeMans cars 400hp each that are BEHIND Mercedes AND Toyota. Now, I say something is very wrong with that picture. Maybe it was made to appeal to Japanese gamers, but I don't really like it. PLUS GT doesn't have a damage model.
I've also noticed that more racing games are coming out on Xbox, it seems that Xbox is going to be every racing gamer's dream.

Big spoiler? Spoiler do get really usefull at those speeds... Unlike when you see them on Corollas :).

Rallisport Challenge...if you have a good card and a fast comp...this game is NICE.

mabey they locked up the rear wheels to make the turn, and the driver is a super rich midgit.

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is out for PC. It's been out for PS2 for some time now. This game is just amazing. If you have the proper hardware, go buy it!

of air fitting that you could want. Wholesale prices too. I guess these could be used as small water pipe fitting also. I
used some of the parts to make my babington wvo burner.
